Whether you are breast/chest feeding, bottle-feeding or dealing with feeding-related difficulties such as colic, reflux or tongue tie, an IFC offers evidence-based strategies, practical tips, and emotional support to empower parents in making informed decisions, providing personalised guidance to help you navigate the challenges and joys of your baby’s feeding experience. 

An Infant Feeding Coach™ (aka IFC) is equivalent to a Breastfeeding Counsellor and has a deep understanding of infant feeding, looking at the unique needs of each parent and baby dyad.
